Mr. Thomas brings over 20 years of experience in specialty, consumer, and small business finance. Prior to joining Ivy, he served as General Counsel at TMX Finance LLC and Kafene. Previously, he served as Chief Legal Officer at CURO Financial Technologies (NYSE: CURO) and as outside counsel with Troutman Pepper LLP. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Georgia and a Juris Doctor from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law.
