Mr. Hooff has more than 35 years of experience across lending, insurance, real estate, and food franchising, with over 25 years focused on executive roles in the financial services industry. His career has emphasized consumer and mortgage lending, hedging, mortgage sales, and securitization. Mr. Hooff has held numerous senior-level positions, most recently serving as President of Aegis Wholesale Company, a mortgage company producing approximately $15 billion in annual volume. He has led both regulated and unregulated entities through a variety of economic environments, bringing deep leadership and risk management experience to his roles.
